Luminous Web
Summer 2026
Luminous Web brings together a community of all ages and abilities through a free, immersive creative dance workshop series and performance project.
Through guided dance improvisation, choreography, and community collaboration led by experienced dance artists, participants co-create and learn a dance work that culminates in a live flash mob performance. The process includes workshops, a dress rehearsal, and a final outdoor performance. All bodies, ages, and abilities are warmly welcome. Music played live by BRASSTAX.
At its heart, Luminous Web explores the truth and power of our interconnectedness—that as a global community, we are all needed parts of the whole. Mother Nature reflects this through her seasons and cycles, the mycelial networks beneath our feet, the root systems supporting entire forests, branches reaching toward one another, rivers flowing into oceans, spider webs, flower petals, every helping hand, and the unique gifts each being brings to the greater mosaic of life.
Each of us is a vital connecting thread in the tapestry of our world, a pathway leading us home to one another, to wholeness, and to who we are: stronger together.
