Egg

1990-1991
Vancouver Playhouse
Vancouver, BC

When I was young, my mother would send me to the market to buy fresh eggs. It was a precious task as I carried the delicate gems in a small paper bag. The eggs conjured anticipation of a wonderful breakfast, but the responsibility of getting them home in one piece was always dounting. Fragility, anticipation, challenge and accomplishment.
